Your bespoke Koolaman order will be shipped anywhere within Australia for flat rate of $10 using Australia Post parcel post. If you require your order urgently select the Koolaman Express Post option for $15 with these orders being hand stamped by the Koolaman team as a priority. All international orders incur a flat rate shipping fee of $30, with the exception of New Zealand orders which incur a flat rate shipping fee of $20.
We will endeavour to hand stamp and dispatch all sterling silver orders within 5 working days on receipt of full payment. Orders from the Hide Collection and Gold Collection will be dispatched within 2 weeks of receipt of full payment. Parcels will be sent Mondays - Fridays and we use Australia Post postage services. If an item is sold out prior to receiving your order you will be notified immediately.
All pieces are packaged and sent in our signature Koolaman gift box. If your order is a gift we would be delighted to include a message to your loved one. Simply put the words that you’d like written in the order notes and we’ll ensure that the message is included in the package. We do not include any payment details with orders.
Once an order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Koolaman advising of the Australia Post parcel number. By using this number you can track the progress of your order through the postal system by entering the number in their website http://auspost.com.au/track/

If the chain you selected isn't the perfect length or style, you can exchange it. To exchange your Koolaman chain simply print and complete the chain exchange form and return it along wth your chain to us within 21 days of receiving your Koolaman parcel. Chains must be received in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
To avoid damage during the postal sorting process, do not send any chains in a standard letter envelope please return in the original box. Customers bear the risk and cost of returning items in the post. Chains will be send using parcel post.
Due to the personalised and customised nature of our products, we regret that returns or exchanges of hand stamped pieces are not possible except where we have made a spelling error or there is a defect in the product. Koolaman aim to have products of the highest quality, if there are any problems please do not hesitate to contact us. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
