Due to the personalised and customised nature of our products, we regret that returns or exchanges of hand stamped pieces are not possible except where we have made a spelling error or there is a defect in the product.

Koolaman aim to have products of the highest quality, if there are any problems please do not hesitate to contact us. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges on Personalised Items
Due to the personalised and customised nature of our products, we regret that refunds, returns or exchanges of hand stamped pieces are not possible except where we have made a spelling error or there is a defect in the product.

Chain Exchange
If the chain you selected isn't the perfect length or style, you can exchange it. To exchange your Koolaman chain simply print and complete the chain exchange form and return it along wth your chain to us within 21 days of receiving your Koolaman parcel. Chains must be received in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging.

To avoid damage during the postal sorting process, do not send any chains in a standard letter envelope please return in the original box. Customers bear the risk and cost of returning items in the post. Chains will be sent using parcel post.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically provided with a store credit within 10 business days.
